 'I was absolutley blown away with how wonderfully helpful, supportive and accommodating everyone at the Town Hall was over our 3-day event. It made everything a hundred times easier for us, from the early planning stages to the event itself, and I actually felt quite sad to have to leave on our final day! Please pass on a huge thank you to all of the fantastic staff involved, particularly to all of the guys who were so incredibly helpful and friendly, and who couldn't do enough for us. I would like to take this opportunity to extend my sincere gratitude to you and your team at the Town Hall for helping make our event a smooth and seamless procedure.  From the very start your knowledge of event planning and understanding of our unique needs have been apparent and it is this attention to detail in the planning stages that ensured things went so well on the day.
All the staff we worked with were highly professional, efficient and very accommodating - nothing was too much trouble and they showed great flexibility and sound organisation as they were able to adapt their plans in accordance with our last minute changes or improvisations.  I would not hesitate to recommend the Town Hall to others hosting similar conferences and indeed I hope that we may work together again on future events.

I cannot rate the Town Hall or it's staff highly enough.  Everything was perfect and the team made the event relaxed, fantastic and stress free.  We had a number of guests from outside the City and they all loved it and commented on how friendly the staff were.  I would recommend it to anyone.  Thanks for all your help on the day!

Thank you so much for making our wedding day so successful and enjoyable!  The way you handled things meant we didn't need to worry about a thing except enjoying ourselves and enjoy it we did! I wish I could name everyone who helped on the day but I can't remember them all. We also wanted to let you know that all of our guests had a fantastic time and loved the building, the food went down a storm and people couldn't be more complimentary about the venue and all of your staff!  Thanks again to everyone at the Town Hall for a fantastic day.

"May I please thank you, and your staff for an excellent two weeks at Liverpool Town Hall.  The exhibition looked wonderful, in this magnificent building.  It was once again very kind of you to allow my textiles and photography to be displayed.  The response from all the visitors was of great interest in the Sreepur Village Orphanage in Bangladesh.  I raised £1645.00 for the 590 children and 140 destitute women who live at the project in Sreepur.  This surpassed any of my expectations.  I am delighted.  All the money will be returned to the Sreepur  Village.
Please could you pass on my thanks to all the staff who worked so hard to make the exhibition such a success.  They all made me welcome, they were so polite and courteous during my visits it was a pleasure to be in the Town Hall.  May I say a big thank you to Pam who was always ready to give assistance when needed."

"Thank you for being so helpful and constructive in all your arrangements for the conferment of the Freedom of the City of Liverpool upon St John Merseyside.  I thought the whole ceremony passed off very well.   Aside from the ceremonial, the solo singing and the St John choir were beautifully moving.  I would like to say on a personal note how impressive I thought the architecture and furnishings of the Town Hall were.  Liverpool Town Hall is surely one of the finest civic buildings in England"
